In 2003, Robbie Williams had lined up an intimate live performance at the
legendary Abbey Road recording studios as a Christmas show. This show took
place on November 19, 2003, was organized for BBC Radio 2, and was
broadcast on December 20, 2003. The audience were solely 300 lucky
competition winners. The show came on the back of Robbie’s legendary
Knebworth gigs that prededing summer, during which he played to over
375,000 people. Though Robbie occasionally sounds a touch tired at this
concert, he gave a stellar performance thoughout the evening. Very
intimate.
